(Permanent) When moving, make sure to inform both us AND your local post office. That way, in the event that our change doesn't process, they will be able to redirect your package to the correct location.
If you see your item is on its way to an old address or information is missing, contact the carrier IMMEDIATELY with your tracking number so that it can be adjusted. Either by informing them that you've moved or what information is missing. Otherwise the item will either be delivered or returned to us.
(02/01/2025 -> ?) Due to the current political climate, service to Canada may be temporarily suspended due to the tariff situation. A email PSA will be sent out in the case that a change must be made mid-month, otherwise service will continue as normal.
(02/01/2025 -> ?) We've noticed some packages ending up in parcel lockers in cities away from their intended destinations. We aren't sure why this is the case, but if this happens to you, contact the carrier for more information/proper delivery.
(02/01/2025 -> ?) We've been getting asked a lot about coupons offering % off on orders for first time buyers. Ranging from 10% to even 50%. Please be careful about sites advertising such coupons as they don't exist. Any coupons we release will be announced here or on our twitter.
News/Developments
The year 2024 has come and gone. As such, so too have many of our products.
Following hot on the heels of 2023, we hit the breaks on 2024 for more than half the year in order to organize ourselves and get things running more efficiently.
At least that was the intention.
But unfortunately, 2024 ended up being rougher than 2023, although, we are hoping that 2025 is a bit smoother! With that said, we move on to what you all care for the most, the Project News!
Zentreya
The only remaining Zentreya's are those paired with Melody's.
Outside of those, this project is now coming to a close and we'd like to once again thank everyone for their support!
Projekt Melody
Projekt Melody is mid-fulfilment still both due to volume and delays in transit between various different sectors of our logistical line. Mainly caused by the earlier Los Angeles Fires which caused delays at the Port and the freezing's of Texas which delayed Port Houston
Regardless, most orders have gone out and only the more complex ones remain. These orders include 2+ items per order and will take time to send out, so we thank everyone for their patience.
Demondice
Project Demondice entered fulfilment in the midst of the December mayhem.
Similar to Melody, it encountered various turbulations, but customers should be seeing them arriving soon!

Filian
Project Filian has revved up to full production!
This project is being put on an extended timeline and as it continues, we will keep customers updated on when they can expect to see this item hit their doorsteps!
At this time, we will not be going into further details regarding this project, but we'd like to apologize for the delays and also thank everyone for their patience thus far.
Below you can see a full-colored unit, featuring one of the more complex outfit patterns we've ever made.
As the one's who designed the outfit, knowing it's intended goal was to be made into a full scale figure. We aren't sure why we did this to ourselves and we have taken a moment to reflect back on ourselves for this self-inflicted peko-pain.
Camimi/FeFe/Cpt. Hannah
These 3 projects are in the final stages of production and are only missing their boxes.
Due to CNY, the process has been slowed down, but we expect these all to begin going out mid-late Feb. to March at the latest.
Which is an estimation mostly based on the amount of room we have at our warehouse. An issue which we've slowly solved over time, but is a looming threat at all times if we aren't careful/mindful about it.
MISC.
Generation 3 Figures - We are excited to announce a new chapter in the Horizon's production as we further develop our figures! Originally, we begun our productions using the new digitized method of figure creation.
After alot of discussion, in order to improve on our offerings even further, we've decided to implement a hybridized production method that we believe will take our products to the next level!
These will be our generation 3 figures!
For those of you not familiar, a breakdown is below:
Generation 0 - The first Novel Horizon Figures ever made. Which involve self-owned IPs. This team consisted of only 3 people. 2 of them being sculptors. Using only 2 3D printers, a cold garage, and countless hours of work with snippers, sandpaper, and glue.
Extremely limited, the number of units that exist of these projects range from 10 to fifty at the most.

-Gold Prominence 1/8 scale
Generation 1 - The more well-known widely seen Novel Horizon Figures, some of these were received to great effect and others were not seen as kindly. This generation was a generation of experimentation and learning.
These products retired the old processes and introduced our current system. Which includes 3D printing for prototyping, refinement and then casting into steel molds for mass production. A common misconception for this Generation was that the figures were 3D printed.

Generation 1.5 - Taking what we learned and observed in the Gen. 1's, applying fixes and other changes, the Generation 1.5's use those lessons to perfect our process. But because they were conceived using the Gen. 1 processes, they are stuck in an awkward in-between.

Generation 2 - These are what we consider the limit of what our existing process can produce.. A cumulation of learning, engineering, and development.

-Kamen Victory 1/7 Scale
Generation 2.5 - This generation takes the Generations 2 a bit further and have the potential to be grandfathered into our Generation 3 processes. If that happens, these will be the first Gen. 3's and mark a new era for Novel Horizons as our Flagship products. For some projects, this may cause minor delays as things are shifted or certain areas are further improved so they can truly represent the heart and soul of Generation 3.

Generation 3 - This generation is planned to be our greatest works that will allow us to go blow-for-blow and above our competitors. Refined modeling, careful design, exciting posing and the inclusion of a new Master painter. This Generation will take the best parts of the traditional figure creation process and the new digital creation process to (We hope) create masterful works.

New product lines - For a while now, we've been asked about offering less costly alternatives to our scale figures. This question has been something we've thought about for just as long, a product line that is both cost efficient, like the "Mighty Mascot" line but also embodies the creator in question beyond just their chat.
The solution we reached will be unveiled soon...ish. So keep an eye out as we begin unveiling these new, fun, affordable options for fans and supports to get!
This also includes opportunities for new collectible items!
Conventions 2025 - For 2025, we will be doing only two conventions currently!

Last year, San Japan was our biggest event! This year, we plan on taking our appearance at San Japan even FURTHER. There are several big activities and experiences we plan on doing in order to create more memorable showings at events that goes beyond simply being a company that sells goods at a convention. (Although there will be alot of goods)
