Once again:

We would like to once again reiterate to read the FAQ before reaching out to support and the(this) Novel News for the most up-to-date information on projects. We also want to once again remind everyone that the email "Novelhorizonspublishers@gmail.com" is NOT ACTIVE. Please use the contact form on our site to reach support. Otherwise, the inquiry will simply be lost to the void.

WIX BUG

At some point in September, an extremely detrimental Wix bug came to exist and was discovered when Customers began messaging us that their packages were heading to the wrong location.

After our team looked into it, we discovered that all customers who had their addresses modified, for some reason, when the label would print, it would pull the ORIGINAL order address. Even though on our side everything looks correct.

We have brought this issue up to Wix and are currently waiting for confirmation that the bug has been fixed or is being fixed.

Because of that , we are forced to hold off on purchasing labels or sending items out because our system doesn't tell us which have had modified addresses or not. Unfortunately, several packages have gone to the incorrect place already due to this bug and we are working with USPS to try and somehow get them where they need to go.

Hurricane Helene

As many already know, Hurricane Helene has caused severe damage along the east coast. With the storm being so severe that we somehow felt it in North Texas, causing damages like uprooting trees and hail.

The full effects of the hurricane are currently still being looked into, but based on what we've been told by our carriers so far, routes and deliveries to the effected areas have been notably disrupted.

There is also a chance that packages were lost. We ask customers who have tracking in these areas to check to see the status of your items and to contact carriers with those numbers if you are worried. Since they would be able to provide more assistance than we could.

Some packages enroute are also taking non-traditional routes to their destinations because of this, so if your package ends up somewhere odd, this is most likely the reason. For example, we had a domestic package somehow end up in Puerto Rico before routing to its proper mainland destination the next day.

International Orders

We have received several notifications/calls from our carrier regarding international orders being either rejected by the recipient or sent back to us for various reasons.

Please make sure when you make orders to include accurate contact information as that is used by the carrier to resolve transit issues or to get dues owned such as VAT or other Taxes. (We do NOT charge taxes for international customers on purchase and the price does NOT include tax as is the usual in European pricing).

Shipping(International) Changes

Due to the immense costs of international shipping continuing to mount despite our best efforts, we have unfortunately had to make the decision to close international shipping offerings to all countries except the following:

Canada, Germany, United Kingdom, and Australia

For certain international customers who have been loyal shoppers with us, we will provide special exception and continued shipping. But otherwise, we will not be supporting shipping to other international countries at this time.

This change will be enacted throughout this month and in new projects that launch immediately.

All hope is not lost though for our international customers as we have entered talks with certain entities that could entirely change this situation around faster than we ever could hope to do.

Project Zentreya

A vast majority of Zentreya orders have gone out with only a handful of stragglers remaining to be sent out. Which can be attributed to the Lithium-Ion battery inside of the base which either the receiving country or customs took exception too.

We have received several notifications from our carrier regarding packages being rejected or sent back due to being unable to contact the receiving part(Either for taxes due or to schedule a delivery date after initial failed delivery)

Outside of international holdups, Domestic Zentreya Orders are completed minus the combo-orders

Project Silvervale

Approximately 90% of Silvervales have been sent out! The remaining 10% are combo-orders and international orders whose countries are being particular about the lithium-ion battery inside of her base.

We are currently working on resolving this both with customs and our carriers.

Project Sinder

Project Sinder fulfillment continues! Because of the amount of support from the Pyro Pups, the amount of Sinders present take up as much as space as our physically biggest projects.

We'd like to apologize for the extended fulfilment time and want to ensure all the Pyro Pups that our team is working hard to get your Sinders to you as fast as possible.

A vast majority of our manpower is currently dedicated to this project due to currently taking up the most space and also blocking access to a few other units of other projects.

Project Projekt Melody

Using what space we can, we've begun prepping Project Melodies to be sent out.

Due to her size, this process includes adding foam corners to her before boxing which is somewhat long in tedious due to her large size.

We'd like to apologize to all the members of the science team for the delays so far. Our warehouse team is working long and hard to get packages out to allot more space to Project Melody, so we can finally get her home to you all.

We appreciate your patience thus far.

Project Nanoless + Lucia

These two projects are currently jockeying for space with the other projects in our warehouse.

Unfortunately, space constrictions don't allow for more hands to help expedite the process further. Luckily though, they are still trickling out slowly but surely.

Captain Hannah + Demondice + Fefe + Camimi

These four projects are all hot on the heels of each other since they began production together.

At the moment, they are scheduled to complete production this coming November, about a month after we had hoped to originally, due to a few changes we implemented following customer feedback on past released projects.

Because of this, we hope people will be even more happy with these releases which are our generation 1.5 releases.

Project Filian

We've done a soft resumption of production on this project after receiving reassurances regarding several areas of concern for this project. We will continue looking into the situation in order to make sure we continue doing our due diligence.

Buffpup Corpa-Pup

The second product in our "Mighty Mascot" series continue in normal fashion! We haven't updated much on this project since there hasn't been anything of note occur with it. We are currently still on schedule to release Q4 as planned!

We will be posting videos and previews of the final product + box itself pending some final checkmarks. Either way, the Pup is dressed up and ready to make big corpa moves!
